Cannes
Azur elegance!

We could write a whole book on Cannes! This world-famous town is one of the top destinations in the world for Azur tourism. Originally a small fishing and monastery village, Cannes cemented its connection with the world of film in 1946, giving the town an international dimension under the spotlight of the world’s media.  The celebrity town has also developed a number of related activities, including hotels, restaurants, luxury shopping and business tourism (it’s the second most visited town in France for conferences).  Renowned for its sandy white beaches, Cannes is the place to go to discover the Azur way of life! Be sure to take a walk along its famous avenue lined with palm trees and sumptuous Art Déco architecture, and to visit its many different districts filled with history and soul, including the Vieux Port, the oldest district in Cannes Le Suquet, Allée de la Liberté with its flower and bric-a-brac market, the Fortville market, Rue Meynadier… and the Lerins Islands facing Cannes!

Nice
Nizza Bella, a jewel of southern France

With a rich cultural and historical heritage, Nice is a town on the French Riviera with many faces. Just 30 km from the Italian border, it stretches along the Bay of Angels, between mountain and sea. Renowned for its stunning Promenade des Anglais and beach front filled with luxury hotels, Nice’s warm climate draws visitors from around the world. From the backstreets of Old Nice to the Azur beach front and woody parks, you are bound to fall in love with Nice’s warm and colourful atmosphere. Discover the old town and a maze of streets filled with interesting shops and picturesque houses. A tour of Old Nice and Cour Saleya wouldn’t be complete without trying the world-famous local dishes, like “socca”, a flatbread made from chickpeas; Pan Bagna fish soup; the classic Nicoise salad; or the pissaladière, a pizza-like dish native to the town. Nice is also a lively town with lots of festive events such as the Nice Carnival, with its “big heads” and chariots, and the Nice Jazz Festival. You can also explore Baroque châteaus and palaces, as well as art galleries and museums. The Asian Art Museum on the Promenade des Anglais, the Marc Chagall Museum, the Henri Matisse Museum and the Archaeological Museum of Cimiez by the ruins of the eponymous Gallo-Roman village are all must-see destinations!  Surrounded by hilltop villages, Nice is an authentic Mediterranean stop on the way to the Mercantour national park and ski resorts.

Monaco
A unique rocky location

The Principality of Monaco is a tiny State 24 km from Nice. Bordering Cap-d’Ail, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Beausoleil, Monaco packs into just 2 km2 a huge mix of stars and jet setters from all over the world. Its small size makes it easy to visit in just a day. A key stop will be the Prince’s Palace of Monaco, set atop the hills with an uninterrupted view of the entire rock. Visitors are able to explore part of the palace, including the State Apartments, where they can discover the Red Lounge, a magnificent lounge furnished in the style of Louis XV, the York Room, the Yellow Room, the Louis XV Bedroom, the Officers Room and the Blue Room, which is used for official receptions. Visit the Palace Museum and the Opera of Monte-Carlo, just next to the Monte-Carlo Casino, which is built in a beautiful Baroque style. The Port of Monaco also offers a chance to marvel at its luxurious yachts. The prestigious boutiques, including the Ferrari store, in the town centre are also sure to impress. And don’t forget the famous Oceanographic Museum! Looking for glamour and a glimpse of pure French Riviera style? Then look no further!

Antibes-Juans-Les-Pins
Magical seaside resorts!

On the Côte d’Azur, Antibes is a town and seaside resort between Cannes and Nice. Its old town surrounded by 16th century ramparts is home to the star-shaped Fort Carré. This 16th-century fort overlooks the luxury yachts anchored in the Vauban marina. A woody peninsula scattered with sumptuous villas, Cap d’Antibes separates Antibes from Juan-les-Pïns, a chic seaside resort with a lively nightlife home to the Jazz à Juan music festival.

Juans-les-Pins is another town known for Port Gallice, which runs along the bay of Juan-les-Pins, its many historic Art Déco buildings, its legendary beaches and warm sand, and the Exflora park, which offers the chance to discover 330 refreshing species of plant.
